NetworkExpert Training Currently Unavailable
If you log in as an administrator and check the registration information by clicking the Registration link on the Home tab, you will see when NetworkExpert expires.
You will need to call your account manager at (800) 865-0165 in order to renew your NetworkExpert platform. After you renew your subscription and receive updated registration information from Technical Support, please follow the steps below to reactivate NetworkExpert.
- Log on to onlineexpert.com as an administrator
- Click the Home tab
- Click Registration
- If your product key has changed, enter the new key (including dashes) in the Serial Number box
- Enter the new registration code (including dashes) in the Registration Code box
- Click Register
