Internal application error

Symptoms

  • You receive the error below when opening training videos:

    Internal Application Error - Cannot open file "W:\olev6_2\ole_v6\phase2\NotAssigned.html". The system cannot find the file specified
     
  • When opening the pre-assessment or post-assessment, you receive the following error:

    Error opening Test.
 

Detailed information

This combination of errors usually indicates a database synchronization problem that can be solved by an administrator or Technical Support agent.
 

Solution

Contact your group or enterprise administrator or LearnKey Technical Support and request that they unassign and reassign to you the course in question. If this error occurs in more than one course, be sure to mention this when speaking with your administrator or LearnKey Technical Support, as it might indicate a different problem.
