When trying to play course media, you receive a media error that contains the number -1072885385. This error will sometimes mention Windows Media Player.Detailed information
This error indicates that the file path is pointing to an invalid location. Sometimes, this can be due to a missing file, but more often, this error is due to a problem with the NetworkExpert setup.Solution
- Make sure that the drive letter in the Stream Speed box is set to drive letter L. This is the default drive letter on most machines
- Reinstall the course, including all course media
