All LearnKey CD‑ROM-based training products have been discontinued and are no longer supported. This means that if you have any LearnKey course on CD‑ROM, it is now considered a legacy product that is not usable with current technology or services.

Obsolete technology
To give our users a safe, timely learning experience, LearnKey delivers our latest courses on secure, up-to-date platforms. LearnKey CD‑ROM courses were originally designed for older computers and software. They rely on outdated technologies such as Adobe Flash Player (discontinued in 2020) and old Windows operating systems (Windows 95/98/XP/7). Modern computers and operating systems no longer support these technologies, making the CD‑ROM courses unable to run safely or reliably today. In short, the technical foundations of these products are obsolete.
Activation and support end-of-life
All activation servers, registration systems, and other legacy infrastructure for CD‑ROM products were permanently shut down after 2020. As a result, it is impossible to activate or register any LearnKey CD‑ROM product now. Additionally, LearnKey has fully retired support for these products. We can no longer assist with lost serial numbers, activation keys, installation issues, or replacement discs. There are no updates or technical fixes available for CD‑ROM courses.
“Lifetime Warranty” clarification
Some very early LearnKey CD‑ROMs included a “Lifetime Warranty” message. As explained in that message, this statement referred to the expected lifespan of the physical disc and the product’s functionality during its supported life—not a promise of perpetual software support or compatibility. It did not guarantee that the course would work indefinitely on future systems or that support would continue forever.

LearnKey now offers modern, up-to-date training solutions on current platforms. We encourage you to explore our online training offerings available at www.learnkey.com. These modern courses are continually updated, supported on today’s devices, and provide a secure and reliable learning experience.
Legacy customer inquiries
If you previously purchased a LearnKey CD‑ROM and did not receive an online course offer between 2020 and 2024, you may email email with the following:
- Your name
- Estimated date and location of purchase
- CD‑ROM title
- Serial number or a photo of the disc/case
We review each request individually. Depending on the course and your proof of purchase, we may offer a one-time courtesy enrollment in a current, equivalent course. Availability and terms are at LearnKey’s sole discretion and may change without notice. A response to your inquiry does not create an ongoing entitlement to future discounts or support.
